4. User Content and Uploads

When you upload photos to our service:

5. Generated Content License

For characters generated by our service:

• You retain ownership of the generated characters

6. Prohibited Uses

7. Pricing and Payment

Our service offers both free and paid tiers. Paid services are processed through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, credits are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service failures. Please contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

9. Intellectual Property

The Charlie & Lola AI service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Our service creates original AI-generated artwork inspired by artistic styles but does not reproduce copyrighted characters.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific expectations. AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
